Managing routes is as easy as logging in to the app. As a user, you can choose any of the route plans and edit the route as per requirements. Also, you can completely delete the route plan or generate a duplicate route as well. It should be noted that user can only avail of the edit route option if they have received permission from the delivery manager.  

Follow the below steps to edit the route plan:  

1. Opening the “Upper for Driver” app, find the route on the homepage.

2. Click on the menu (three-dot) icon from the right side.

3. Tap on “Edit Route”.

4. Tap on "Setting" icon on the top right corner.

5. Change the name of the route plan, driver preference, navigation app, and much more. The changes made will be automatically saved and they will reflect on your selected route plan.  

However, if you are unable to make changes, we suggest you should request the admin manager to authorize the rights. In case, you still facing the same issues, get in touch with us at support@upperinc.com
